Red wine Vs White wine – Which is the real MVP?

With wines, it all comes down to taste at the end of the day, whether you prefer something smooth, herby or tangy fruit- driven flavors at least you enjoy the finer things in life. In moderation, drinking red wine has certainly got health benefits and research has shown it contains antioxidants that prevent heart disease, stroke and diabetes as well as reducing development of gall stones.  Both red and white wine have their pros and cons that’s why we drink to celebrate.  Although drinking in excess could potentially increase breast cancer risks.
