Every year since 2011 when Olamide, a.k.a Baddo Sneh released his first studio album Rapsodi, the rapper and YBNL boss has consistently dropped hit singles.
Although Olamide is not the pioneer of Yoruba rap in Nigeria, he is credited to have made rapping in Yoruba cool and popular all around the country. After he left Coded tunes where he was first signed, he moved on to form his own record label YBNL.
Baddo Sneh as he is now called, has nurtured and given other artists like lil kesh, Adekunle Gold and others a platform to sell their music.
He has over 7 albums, and 2 compilation albums with Phyno. He has worked with various artists in Nigeria. He has definitely paid his dues.
Here is a throwback to how Olamide became the voice of the streets
